Instance Microsoft##SSEE?

Hello,

I am trying to install a new server with SQL Server 2005. I noticed there is already an instance " Microsoft##SSEE" on the server when I launch the setup.exe. Why? should it be here? is it a remain from a past installation? should it be deleted?
