I found some other threads that were similar, and I tried to get some more information without any luck... So here goes.
I am an end user of Maximizer 10 CRM - it uses SQL 2005
My old computer is having issues (hard drive related) and the SQL server will no longer start. I have tried reinstalling and manually starting the service without luck. Without the SQL server I am unable to open my Maximizer database files and I am also unable to do a "backup" of the data.
I have bought a new computer and I am transfering everything over to it - I do not have a current backup of Maximizer. I was saving the directory files of where maximizer originally says it stores data, thinking that these are what contained my information. I was wrong.
I have found the .mdf files for my database under the Program Files (x86) directory and have access to them.
I have limited knoledge of code, so some of the solutions that I have seen are confusion becasue of this.
How can I "restore", "copy", or "access" my original Maximizer data on my new machine?
I have Windows 7 (64bit) and Maximizer CRM 10
