retrieve sql command history

Hello,

We're using sql 2008 standard RTM and want to retrieve all the sql insert/update/delete command issed to our database for the past 6 hours(just like what we get in sql profiler). But in our production database we did not open sql profiler and is there any other method we can use? Thx a lot.
