Data collection not visible for non admin?

Hi,

I setup the data collector on my server.

but a non admin user is not able to see the data collection element in the tree menu. and so not able to see the DC reports.

what are the minimum permission required?

I setup this user to be a reader of my data collector database.

but there is no description of any other security constraint.
