unable to see the properties of a Database

Hi All,

I have Sysadmin permission on my sql server, but when i right click on one of the DB server and select properties, it gives following error.
"This property may not exist for this object, or may not be retrievable due to insufficient 
access rights".

This DB has 1 TB of Data, But for other DB's it works fine
please suggest.

We are using SQL Server 2005 SP3 Standard Edition.
