SQL Server 2012 Express: Azure storage-Can this 2012 Express do Windows Azure /Cloud Computing?

Hi all,

I just saw "Azure Storage" in the "Connect" tag of SQL Server 2012 Express.  Can this SQL Server 2012 Express do Windows Azure/Cloud Computing?  I am very curious about this new, powerful IT thing.  Please anwser this question for me.
