ssis seploy from 2005 to 2008

i would like to deploy all mu ssis packages currently on sql 2005 (default instance)  to sql 2008 (named instance)

what is thebest way to do, since the connection managers are pointed to local on all the packages, but i do not want to manually chnage them after  moving to the named instance on sql 2008

how can i automate and standardise this process of deplying around 50 projects from sql 2005 to sql 2008 named instance and automatically make sure that the connection managers are taken care of

please guide me with the standard practise and best approach.
